Apple delays Leopard; blame the iPhone
Friday, April 13, 2007 15:02 No CommentsApple said its operating system upgrade Leopard won’t be released in June as planned.
Why? The iPhone has absorbed Apple’s resources as it certifies it with AT&T/Cingular so it can ship in late June.
A Leopard delay wasn’t totally unexpected. Word about a potential delay surfaced last month. At the time, the reason for the delay was [...]
My crystal ball is showing me a Mac stampede
Thursday, April 12, 2007 0:43 No CommentsA frequent commenter made a decidedly pointed observation in my blog recently, responding to a post about a powerful new desktop PC from Apple.

I had a decision to make recently. Upgrade my pleasant-to-use Compaq laptop and deal with other internal upgrade issues to effectively use Windows [...]
My World With Macintosh
Tuesday, February 6, 2007 5:32 No CommentsWell, I took the plunge. Instead of upgrading to Vista, decided this was a good time to go with Macintosh. I bought a MacBook, and it’s a real beauty.
Initial impressions: easy to use, intuitive, fluid, beautifully functional and secure.
I am pleased.
